Regency led the way in Assisted living for over 20 years to help residents maintain their independence as they age. Within the Assisted Living Program, residents get the best of both worlds—a comfortable home and the assistance they need.

We offer three levels of care and a range of services to customize your Assisted Living experience.

Catered Care:

Essential Support with Comfort

Designed for those who require minimal assistance. Get three nutritious meals a day, bi-weekly housekeeping, and bed linen changes. While we’re here for emergencies, no nursing services are included at this level.

Assisted Living:

Personalized Assistance for Daily Living

Step up to Assisted Living when you need it. You’ll receive more help, like a weekly shower, up to three medication administrations per day, and the option to add nursing and other add-on services if needed. Enjoy three daily meals, bi-weekly housekeeping, and bed linen changes.

Attended Care:

Comprehensive Support for Enhanced Comfort

Access our highest level of assisted living care. Attended Care includes everything in Assisted Living, with extra services tailored to your unique needs. Scheduled assistance, transfer help, medication management, and other amenities are all included.

Cats, dogs, and birds are all welcome here.

Up to two pets per household. For non-traditional pets, contact the leasing office to discuss options. Dogs are not allowed in Assisted Living apartments.

Accepted pets:

Weigh less than 40 lbs.
Are up to date with vaccinations.
Do not create a health or safety risk or disturb others.

Residents must care for pets on their own or arrange for outside help. Regency will not assist with pet care.

Cost

$45 per month, per pet
($300 one-time non-refundable fee per pet)
