How do you serve the residents at Regency?
Just a small glimpse of what gets handled in the billing office is accuracy of each resident’s rent, service charges and payments. ACH setup and upkeep, resident Move in/Move out and Level Changes.

What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy getting to know the residents and being here for them when they need assistance. Whether it is related to billing or something else.

When you’re not at work, where would we find you?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing games, camping, hiking and biking.
