We provide options for independent, active lifestyles and personalized assistance, or respite care. You will find comfortable one- and two-bedroom amenity-rich apartments for Independent Living. Assisted Living residences provide access to 24-hour staff support, personal care assistance, and professional healthcare services. Memory Care residences offer a secure environment with specialized programs and compassionate care tailored to individual needs. Finally, our Respite Program provides a peaceful oasis to recuperate after a surgery or rehab stay, or to be supported while a loved one is away.

Our staff members are experienced and highly trained and treat you like family. Additionally, we provide an array of 3-course lunch and dinner meal options and provide an abundance of social and recreational activities. 

ProHealth Regency Communities cater to unique needs with diverse activities, services, and dining options at three separate campuses. Brookfield is a comfortable community with abundant walking trails and wildlife viewing on a 23-acre campus. Muskego is a charming lodge-inspired community on a 32-acre campus with a private 3-acre lake and wildflowers. New Berlin is a fast-paced, lively community on a 31-acre campus for active seniors.

Regency Senior Communities is a non-profit subsidiary of ProHealth, the leading provider of health care in Waukesha County since 1914. We have three campuses, in Brookfield, Muskego, and New Berlin. Some of our Partners in Caring affiliates include Waukesha and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospitals, ProHealth Medical Centers, ProHealth Home Care and Hospice, Angels Grace Hospice, and West Wood Health and Fitness Center.

Regency Senior Communities offers a range of residential and care service programs to meet your needs. Our Continuum includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Regency also provides short-term Respite Care. Our communities offer an abundance of amenities, including private homes and ample communal areas where you can rest, rejuvenate, and restore.

Once you’ve taken a tour and compared ProHealth Regency Communities to other communities, you’ll feel confident and comfortable in your decision to make Regency your new home. To move forward, you will meet with a Director of Community Services to pick an apartment and submit a Regency Rental Application. Regency will assess your application and complete a health assessment (Only for Assisted Living & Memory Care) to determine your eligibility. Once you’ve signed a lease, our staff will help ensure a smooth move.

Independent Living is private pay. Assisted Living accommodations and services require one year of private payment. Memory Care requires two years of private payment. Regency does accept FamilyCare funding after the minimum private pay requirement.  Some long-term insurance products cover Assisted Living services. 

Consider all components of Regency’s services included in your monthly fee when comparing costs. Regency does not require an entrance or endowment fee, meaning your assets remain intact, generating interest for you.

Regency welcomes cats, dogs, and birds within our communities! To be admitted, health information and pet insurance are required. If you have a non-traditional family pet, such as a reptile or small mammal, please contact the leasing office to discuss your options.

  • Up to two pets are welcome per household.
  • Pets must weigh less than 40 lbs.
  • No dogs are allowed in Assisted Living or Memory Care apartments.
  • Must be up to date with vaccinations.
  • Residents must either care for their pets on their own or arrange for outside help. Regency does not provide pet care services.
  • Pets cannot create a health or safety risk to the community or create a disturbance to other residents.
  • You must hold pet insurance on each pet.

Fees

    • $45 per month
    • $300 one-time, non-refundable fee per pet

Most residents look forward to a permanent living arrangement and access to our services and lifestyle opportunities at the campus of their choice. However, we have accounted for uncertainty and have prepared alternative options. Our agreements have a 6-month initial term. After your 6-months, you can provide a 60-day notice in independent living and a 30-day notice in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Smoking is strictly prohibited at ProHealth Regency Senior Communities to give all residents a safe and comfortable place to live.
